John is responsible for the management and direction of New Core Banking Systems.
John has been in the banking vertical for twenty years, and was a top performer at NCR and Wausau Financial System before entering into business for himself through a partial acquisition of Pro-Soft, Inc. John helped to raise Pro-Soft to an extremely profitable company, expanding its banking presence from “Core only” to also include ancillary applications such as item processing, remote capture, image archive, document management and others through a partnership with BankWare. Pro-Soft quickly became one of BankWare’s largest resellers, and this success prompted John to form and serve as President of Advanced Check, Inc. an Image-based item processing Application Service Provider (ASP) that utilized BankWare’s ImageCentre application. John was also the 3rd largest shareholder in BW Images, the developer of BankWare’s item image application ImageCentre. In April 2004 BankWare, Pro-Soft, Advanced Check, and BW Images were acquired by Fidelity National Financial, Inc.
Randy Clements
Executive Vice President, Director, Partner
Randy is responsible for all aspects of Single Source development as well as customer support, installation and training.
Over the past thirty years Randy has been directly involved in just about every facet of a financial institution’s operations, and he combines this depth of knowledge with extensive technical skills. As a software architect and developer for the financial industry his projects include system development for Loans, Credit Card, Customer Information, General Ledger, Interest Rate Risk Management, Accounts Payable, Bond Accounting, Customer Profitability, Bank Budgeting and Planning, Cost Accounting Acquisition Analysis, Customer Budgeting and Expense Control, Image Based Remote Customer Check Capture, and Image Based Check Processing systems.
Randy is well known throughout the banking industry as an innovator and product originator and over one thousand banks currently use products for which he was the lead architect. Randy has worked for Texas American Bancshares, Jack Henry and Associates, FinSer Corporation, Parish National Bank, Bisys Corporation and BW Images (BankWare.)
From the IBM AS/400 system to multi-processor Intel based systems, Randy has designed many financially successful products, utilizing multiple programming languages, with his unique specialty being the design and implementation of software class engines.
For the past several years, Randy has focused on blending industry leading databases with Microsoft’s .Net architecture to produce multi-tiered processing models that are less costly to maintain, providing rapid development platforms for enhancing software and extending the productive life cycle of software products.
Randy has assembled a team of top performers to lead New Core Banking Systems in the development, training, implementation, and customer support of Single Source. These groups work closely to ensure Single Source is a world class core application with world class client service.
Chris Darty
Director, Partner, and South Central Director of Sales
Chris has been involved in banking and banking systems sales for 15 years. Chris began his career at National Bank of Commerce in Birmingham, AL in 1994 where he served multiple roles in the operations department of the institution for five years.
In 1998 Chris joined BankWare as a sales executive and became one of the highest performers in the history of the company with the greatest number of new clients and successful conversions. BankWare was acquired by Fidelity National Information Services in April 2004, and post acquisition Chris served as sales executive and subsequently sales manager with responsibility for nationwide item processing sales to new clients. In addition to his executive responsibilities Chris covers the South East and South Central US for New Core Banking Systems.
