New Accounts and Forms

Traditionally new accounts, a bank’s platform system and the forms required for loans and new accounts have been disparate parts in a complex puzzle, involving different systems, data storage systems and update procedures. NewCore has broken this mold.

We retain all the forms necessary for opening new accounts and loans “virtually” within NewCore.  These forms are provided by the industry leader in banking forms, Bankers Systems.  For each type of account, the forms necessary are associated with the form.  Should non-standard forms be necessary for an account, these forms are selected from a categorized list and associated with the account. Any and all forms can be printed from the system and signed copies are retained and available by those authorized to view the forms as a normal research function.

The system is designed as a single setup process with automated tracking of the process throughout.  No “downloading” or “uploading” is required.  No complex “field matching” between the core and platform systems is needed.  Everything is retained within a single database which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and retained for a minimum of seven years following account closure.  The database is constantly replicated, insuring against system failure.

With a laptop, bank staff members can conduct business and initiate calls outside the bank via a Wireless Virtual Private Network bringing the new accounts desk to the customer’s place of business.  No complex software or database loading is required.
